Legal
End User License Agreement
Applies from 22 October 2026
This licence covers the copy of Supernova – Cleanup & Antivirus (package com.supernova.cleanup.antivirus) that you install from Google Play. The licensor is MUZA TECHNOLOGIES s.r.o., Kaprova 42/14, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic. Each section below starts with a one-line summary; the full wording that follows is what counts.
§ 1 Grant
You may use the app on your own Android devices.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install the app on Android devices you own or control and to use it for your own, non-commercial purposes, together with any updates we publish, in line with the Google Play Terms of Service.
§ 2 Ownership
The app is licensed, not sold.
The app, its code, design, texts and names belong to us or to our licensors. Third-party components inside the app, including the Trustlook scanning engine and Google libraries, remain the property of their owners and are used under their licences. You receive no rights other than those stated in this agreement.
§ 3 Restrictions
No copying, reselling or taking it apart.
Except where the law expressly permits it, you may not copy, modify, translate, decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer the app; rent, lend, sell, sublicense or distribute it; remove notices of ownership; or use it to build a competing product. Use for a business, or on devices you manage for others, needs our written permission — write to support@muza-technologies.com.
§ 4 Your data and files
What you delete is your decision.
The app deletes or compresses files only after you confirm. You are responsible for choosing what to remove and for keeping backups. How the app handles information is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
§ 5 Updates and support
Updates come through Google Play; help comes from us.
We may release updates that change or remove features. Some updates may be needed for the app to keep working. Support is provided by us at support@muza-technologies.com; Google has no obligation to support the app.
§ 6 Warranty and liability
Free software, mandatory consumer rights still apply.
The app is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for loss of data or indirect damage arising from use of the app. This does not affect liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for intent, gross negligence or personal injury, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
§ 7 Export and sanctions
Follow export rules where you are.
You confirm that you are not subject to EU, UN or US sanctions that prohibit you from receiving the app, and that you will not use it in breach of export-control law.
§ 8 Termination
Uninstalling ends it.
This licence lasts until it ends. You can end it by uninstalling the app. It ends automatically if you breach § 3 or § 7, and we may end it if the app is withdrawn. On termination you must delete the app from your devices. Sections 2, 6 and 9 survive.
§ 9 Governing law
Czech law, with your home-country protections intact.
This agreement is governed by the law of the Czech Republic. The courts of Prague have jurisdiction, without affecting a consumer’s right to sue in, and rely on the mandatory law of, the country where they live. If a provision is invalid, the rest remains in force.
